We offer 16 Module “Conveyor Options” to customize conveyor systems to suit most applications and budgets.

Conveyors fall into three main categories: Roller Conveyors, Modular Belt and Woven Belt Conveyors.

Roller Conveyors
	Available as gravity roller conveyors or tangential chain driven conveyors. Manufactured in straight sections and a range of bends.
Modular Belt Conveyors
	Today, modular belt conveyors are very popular as they are easily maintained and durable. Various belt designs and support deck constructions exist to suit your application, cleaning and hygiene requirements.
Woven Belt Conveyors
	Our range includes an extremely “Low Profile” design with “Quick Belt Release” mechanism for easy and frequent cleaning. We also make troughed belt conveyors for bulk product which tends to spill off flat belts.

“JaVac Packaging Systems” are a modular approach to building packaging lines.

All systems use the “JaVac 500 Vacuum Machine”.
The JaVac 500 machine is designed to pack 6 Tons of 25kg packs of “Nut Kernels” per 8 hour shift.

Each system is an assembly of standard modules to suit your packaging needs.
